Hey my name is Milly and I am the creator of My Milly Handmade. Professionally I work as a junior doctor in a Melbourne metro hospital, but in my spare time you'll find me coaching or doing calisthenics (dancing), knitting, sewing or teaching myself yet another new craft (coming soon cricut gifts and custom glassware). Initially inspired by my very overused and dying old-fashioned wheat pack and endless stream of injuries, I bring to you My Milly Handmade.
At My Milly Handmade we endeavour to deliver to produce high-quality personalised products which are both functional and adorable. Our heat/cool packs and scrunchies are perfect for personal use or for gifting to the teachers/parents/dancers in your life. Based in Ivanhoe, Melbourne we offer a range of delivery and shipping options with discounted delivery available within 5 km of Ivanhoe, Eltham or Frankston areas. About Us
Where did this all begin?
To put it simply, My Milly started as side project where I challenged myself to learn how to make 20 personalised heat packs in just 1 week to gift to the calisthenics team I coach. What dancer doesn't love an adorable heatpack in their club colours to ease sore muscles!!! From there we fell into the research spiral figuring out which materials and fillings were superior and how to make our packs versatile enough to use both cool and warm. From there the creative juices and excitement over stunning fabrics took over as we worked to expand our range of products to offer you! Other Information
As all of our products are personalised and handmade-to-order, there is a turnaround time of approximately 1-2 weeks prior to being sent out for shipping. If you need your order (particularly bulk orders) by a set date, please get in touch prior to placing order so we can ensure products arrive on time.

Scrunchies $5
Handwarmers (x2) $10 (+ $2 for two-toned designs)
Medium heat/cool packs $14 (+ $2 for two-toned or asymmetric designs)
Large heat/cool packs $20 (+ $2 for two-toned or asymmetric designs)
Custom orders will be quoted depending on size of order, complexity of design and cost of materials.
Shipping Information
Limited order pick up options available from Ivanhoe, Victoria, 3079. Please select this as an option
at time of order and contact us to arrange appropriate pick up time.
We also offer discounted order delivery rate of $5 per order to suburbs within 5 km of Eltham,
Ivanhoe or Frankston, Victoria, for your convenience.
Orders to all other areas of Australia will be delivered via courier with a shipping cost of $5 for orders up to 500 g, $10 for orders up to 3 kg and $20 for orders up to 10 kg in weight. Please contact us prior to placing an order over 10 kg in weight to discuss shipping.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any international shipping at this time.
Common Questions
Can they be used as cold packs?
Our versatile heat/cool packs can be used both as a heatpack by heating in the microwave or as a cool pack by leaving in the freezer.
Can I customize my pack?
Yes, you can personalise your heat/cold pack with various colours, designs and scents to suit your personal style and preferences. If after something a bit different or looking to make a bulk order, get in touch and we can create something truly unique and custom for you.
How do I use them?
Simply heat in the microwave with a mug of water for total of 2-3 minutes in 30 second intervals, or conversely leave in freezer for 1+ hour to use as cool pack
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any faulty or damaged products. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind on custom products.
